Cayman Cookout line-up announced for 2020

Organisers of the Cayman Cookout have announced the line-up of celebrated chefs and drinks experts for the 2020 gastronomic event.

Slated to be held Jan 15-19, 2020, the line-up includes José Andrés, Emeril Lagasse, Daniel Boulud, Andrew Zimmern, Normand Laprise, Pano Karatassos, Dominique Crenn, Stephanie Izard, Laeticia Rouabah, Clare Smyth, and Niki Nakayama.


Now in its 12th year, the Cayman Cookout is held at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and is hosted by celebrated seafood chef Eric Ripert, co-owner of Le Bernadin in New York and Blue by Eric Ripert at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.


Attracting gourmands from across the globe to the Cayman Islands


The four-day event attracts gourmands from across the globe who participate in a roster of one-of-a-kind events, including tastings, cooking demonstrations, lunches, dinners, and unique epicurean adventures.


One of the event’s biggest draws is the opportunity to rub shoulders with some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs and drink experts, all in an informal and relaxed setting.

How to book


Reservations for Cayman Cookout 2020 are now available to book through the Cayman Cookout package, starting at $1,536 per night and available from January 15-20, 2019 for a four-night minimum stay.


The package includes accommodations for two with multiple room categories offered, daily breakfast buffet at Seven restaurant for two, a reduced resort fee of $30 per day, and tickets for two to some of the weekend’ signature events. Included in the package are tickets to the Wine Fair and Auction on Thursday, January 16th, Barfoot BBQ on Friday, January 17th, After-Dinner Party on Saturday, January 18th, and Rum & Robusto on Sunday, January 19th.
